Refund policy
All our products are freshly prepared for every order and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. We use secure packaging to ensure there is no damage or improper packing during delivery. In the rare case that a product is received in damaged condition, it will be replaced. Please follow the replacement procedure mentioned below for quick assistance.
Exchange for Damaged Products Only
Exchanges are offered strictly for products that are damaged during transit.
Only damaged products are eligible for exchange. Refunds are not provided, including in cases of damaged items.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for an exchange.
The unboxing video must:
-Be recorded from start to finish
-Clearly show the sealed package being opened
-Clearly display the product and the damage, if any
Exchange requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Reporting Damaged Products
Any damage-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers are required to share:
-Order ID
-Unboxing video
-Clear images of the damaged product and packaging
These details are necessary for verification.
Exchange Process
Once the issue is verified, an exchange for the same product will be arranged.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, the exchange may be delayed or declined.
